The 3rd eTRANSAFE Consortium Meeting was held in Barcelona on the 4th and 5th of June 2018

Professor Ferran Sanz, academic coordinator of eTRANSAFE, presented the eTRANSAFE project to the TransQST consortium in the TransQST General Assembly meeting held on the 25-26th of April at the Tuohilampi training center of Orion pharma in Vihti, Helsinki (Finland).

A poster entitled "eTRANSAFE, a New Player in the Translational Safety Assessment" was presented by W. Drewe, from Lhasa Limited on behalf of the eTRANSAFE consortium, at the PhUSE Computational Science Symposium 2018, 4-6th March, Silver Spring, Maryland (US).

Important outcomes at the 2nd Consortium Meeting of the eTRANSAFE project

The 2nd eTRANSAFE CM was held in Basel (Switzerland) on the 6th and 7th of February 2018, where members of the 26 partners of the Consortium met to share research outcomes from the first 6 months of the project life, as well as to discuss on project specific topics such as Data collection, interoperability and integration.

Histopathology Ontology was initially developed in the framework of the eTOX consortium, aiming at the standardisation of the histopathology findings, and it is now made openly available. It is a key enabler, making searches possible on one of the most important data types in toxicology studies.
