The 7th eTRANSAFE Consortium Meeting was held in Barcelona, Spain on October 16th and 17th, 2019.
Representatives of the eTRANSAFE consortium met for two days to discuss the advancements of the project and to define future strategies.
This meeting was centred in the preparation towards the Mid-Term Review and the definition of the common working strategy. Discussions focused on the data sets to be accessed for the Mid-Term Review, the ontology and terminology mapping work, the predictive models to be used, the results visualisation, the modular software development and the overall integration into the eTRANSAFE Knowledge Hub.
In addition, two workshops were held: the first workshop explored the feasibility of text-mining for detection of treatment-related results, the second consolidated the research questions that can be used for the Mid-Term Review in order to illustrate the whole strategy and the achievements of eTRANSAFE.
eTRANSAFE members showed all the hard work developed in the past few months.
